| We like the simplicity of this piece. The only probably we found with it, is that that it needs more space from the back plate to the rod. The distance from the wall needs to be greater. We buy the larger "Costco" rolls of toilet paper, and they are too thick to fit on properly. Therefore we slide the roll to the outeredge until the roll diminishes. |

Can you use the biggest rolls of toilet paper?A
The distance from the wall to the inside of the arm that holds the toilet roll is 2". As there are many toilet paper sizes and brands, we recommend testing your toilet roll on this holder prior to installing it, as installed items cannot be returned.

Can this be mounted vertically?A
The product is intended to be installed in a horizontal position. It could be installed vertically, however, the set screw would become visible on the side.?
Can this tissue holder be mounted on the left side a toilet? We currently have that set-up and are looking for a replacement holder in black.A
This item is recommended to be installed as pictured by the manufacturer; as installation in any other manner will void manufacturer warranty. The item has the ability to be flipped, however, the product does contain a set screw to lock it in place once installed. As such, if installed this way, the set screw be visible on the top side of the toilet paper holder, rather than the underside.?
How long is the rod that holds the roll?A
The rod is 4.81" long. Please see attached image.
