| The Bath Outlet gets 5 stars, the product 4. I ordered the incorrect length and the bath outlet customer service dept was quick & efficient with the return. I had also phoned in with a question prior to ordering a number of items from this line and the person was knowledgeable and helpful; also answered the phone promptly which is always a plus. 4 stars for all the products in this line due to no templates included. Without templates the install is time consuming and adds a level of frustration. I did inquire through The Bath Outlet as to why templates were not included and they stated this is at the discretion of the manufacturer. In the future I will probably choose another manufacturer where templates are included. This is the first time I've purchased this type of product where no template was included. Overall, the product is a good value of acceptable quality. The simple contemporary styling (I ordered black) works well with our greige colored master bath. Overall pleased with purchase. |

The towel hanging space (red highlighted area) distance is 15 1/2".

The diameter of each wall mount is 2 1/2".?
How far apart are screws?A
The distance between the screws for wall mounting is 1 1/2" between the screws on one mounting bracket. From screw to screw on the inner screw of each bracket is 16".?
Can the towel bar inside be removed from the exterior mounts?A
Yes, the bar and the two wall fixtures all come separately in the box. Once the wall fixtures have been installed into the wall, the bar rests in the wall fixture holes as opposed to being threaded in. Please find pictures below showcasing such.
