| I placed an order for a number of items, the items were delivered in three days! and packaged like an iPhone. Unfortunately, one item had a scratch, I called customer support and the shipped out a replacement the next day! This can be mounted in the reverse position, however, the allen screw that locks the product in would then be visible on top of the item, rather than the underside.?
