Yes, the toilet roll arm does swivel.

can you reverse the open side (i.e. left open vs right open)?A
While you can loosen the set screw to remove the arm. The arm only works with the opening on the right.?
The installation instructions listed here are not for this product. How does this attach to the wall? It comes with anchors and screws but it doesnâ??t show how this model attaches to the wall?A
Please see attached photo for how the bracket slides out of the toilet paper holder. To which this bracket is installed and the toilet paper holder slides in to lock and fully install the item.
