| This toilet paper holder looks nice but it has no hook or lip so the paper roll has to be pulled very carefully or it jumps off the rod. I would not buy it again. |

| I ordered 3 toilet paper holders, three hooks, and a liquid hand soap dispenser. The hardware for the wall/door mount items was really good quality. Not those cheap aluminum screws where the heads strip out from the screwdriver or the screw bends like you get with some products. Good hardware makes installation a snap. The soap dispenser is beautiful and also really good quality. The best part of all is their customer service. We recently moved, I was paying through PayPal and clicked "Continue" before I realized PayPal still had my old address. As soon as I received my confirmation email from Thebathoutlet.com I wrote back and explained I needed to change the shipping address. They replied back quickly were on top of it right away. I'm SUPER HAPPY with their service, shipping (well packaged) and products and would absolutely buy from them again and highly recommend. |

how to remove it from wallA
This product is mounted via a mounting plate that is locked in with a set screw and installed with two screws into proper wood backing. To remove it from a wall loosen the screw and remove the the two screws to take it off the wall.?
Can this be mounted vertically?A
This item is recommended to be installed as pictured by the manufacturer; as alternative installation will void manufacturer warranty. The item has the ability to be installed vertically, however, the product does contain a set screw to lock it in place once installed. As such, if installed vertically this would be visible on the right side of the toilet paper holder.?
replacing TP holder and need 1" on center mount to fit existin screw holdes in tile - will this product work? Tech diagram doesn't show mount detailsA
