This is s nice product and a very nice finish. The only problem is, I wish that the bar that extends away from the wall was longer. For brand new/full toilet paper rolls, they are very tight and close to the wall making it hard to turn the roll to actually get the toilet paper off. Once the roll is used down a little, it works great.

| It's beautiful. Great quality. I think this is better than the Ginger brand that is sold locally. Yes, you cannot use big rolls from Costco. I still use those big rolls but if the toilet paper rolls behind the roll toward the wall, it works slightly better until the roll is small enough. It's so nice looking. |

| I purchased the whole set to outfit my newly renovated bath. The simple design goes well with my contemporary style bath. However, this toilet paper holder does not work with larger rolls of toilet paper. The holder is not wide enough to accommodate larger rolls. The roll of paper will not turn because the paper rubs against the mounting portion of the holder. I had to return this holder and purchase another one. |

how would you attach this to a tiled wall?A
This product is intended to be mounted into studs into the wall and will come with the necessary mounting materials to do so; it will be mounted via screws. This item does have the capability to be installed on tile, however, it is recommended to speak about the install with your contractor prior to understand the risks of drilling into tile and obtaining any other necessary install materials.?

There will be two screws included to install the mounting plate of this toilet paper holder.?
Does this item come in a left handed version?A
This item is only available as manufactured. However, it can be installed flipped; the only change to the design by installing this way is having the end of the roll pointing down, as well as having the set screw visible on top of the toilet roll holder.
