Is it reversible (can the end piece be flipped up if installed in opposite direction)?A
This can be mounted in the reverse position, however, the allen screw that locks the product in would then be visible on top of the item, rather than the underside.

how is this toilet paper holder install?A
This is mounted via a mounting plate that is installed with two screws into proper wood backing and locked into place. Once secured, the mounting will be sturdy.
