What is the measurement of the arm that attached to the wall?A
The arm that attached to the wall is 1 5/8" long.?
Can you provide a picture of the bracket and installation method?A
Please see attached photo for mounting brackets with 5/8" center to center mounting holes and additional mounting materials, as well as a general step by step installation guide:Step 1: Use the product to mark the space where the product will be install.
Step 2: Using the mounting plates mark spots for the guide holes for the installation screws.
Step 3: Drill the holes for the installation screws and insert wall anchors.
Step 4: Line up the mounting plates and secure to the wall with the installation screws.
Step 5: Attach product to the mounting plates and lock in via the set screws underneath.
Step 6: Product is now fully installed, however, you can tighten any necessary parts with the provided allen key to ensure proper function.
** This screw may loosen overtime, so it is important to hold onto the allen key so that the screw can be tightened occasionally.
