Several Bathroom Fixtures-- The order of several rods, hooks, and a rack for our bathroom was delivered quickly and well protected in wrapping. We are very satisfied with the purchase and the items look great. The only reason for four stars instead of five concerns the difficulties I encountered installing the items, particularly the double towel rod. There are four small Allen-head screws that tighten up the rods themselves. No tiny Allen-head wrench is included to tighten them up. I had to dig one out of my own tools. Once I had it hung, I noticed that the rods were not tight and I had to take the double rod down again to tighten these screws. Also the set screw that holds the assembly to the the decorative wall bracket needed to be tightened a couple of times. I finally ended up using a thin washer to get it to tighten up so that the assembly would be sufficiently tight on the wall and not wobble. I wish that the instructions had included a template for positioning the screws on those pieces where there are mounting brackets on each side, right and left. I had to do a bit of math to figure out the position for the holes to accommodate the inserts for the screws. |
