| 5 Stars for looks, 4 Stars for ease of keeping finish perfectly clean, 4 Stars for ease of inserting toilet paper. I really like this product. Can be tricky when using SUPER large rolls. Such as a Charmin MEGA ROLL. Also, might of made a mistake of using a simple and natural cleaner instead of water to wipe down the product. Also, because its a stainless steel product with chrome finish, I think this is why it cleans differently. Not sure. But overall very pleased! |

Hello, do you install paper roll on spring loaded mechanism and insert or on to a stationary bar.A
The cover is lifted to lift up the stationary bar so a toilet paper roll can be installed on the toilet paper. Please see attached photo for further visual aids.

My current toilet paper holder is affixed flush to the wall by threading it over a metal piece on the wall in the middle of the holder. How does this one attach to the wall?A
This affixes via two screws that go into the back of the toilet paper holder into the wall.
