| Prompt delivery. Towel bars were well wrapped and easy to install. The fixtures are well made. The rods in the towel fixture slide easily, and we really like the ability to position them for various towel sizes. They will hold a standard bath towel folded in half. The rods of the towel bar, hook, and toilet paper holder were a smaller circumference than typical bathroom fixtures. So they appear somewhat dainty. |

Can this be mounted on tile?A
This product can be mounted into studs into the wall and will come with the necessary mounting materials to do so via screws. Alternatively, this product can also be mounted onto tile with adhesive glue. However, this is not included with the product and can be found at local hardware stores.

Can this hook go inside a shower, get wet?A
All our items sold at TheBathOutlet are meant to sustain humid, moist environments. However, the item should not be placed under direct water flow as this would void manufacturer warranty.?
Instructions are horrible. How do you hang this without drilling holes?A
This collection can be installed via screws or adhesive. Please see attached photo of installation for both options.

Is this product waterproof? Can it be hung in the shower?A
This item is made of brass then finished with chrome. It will withstand normal moisture and dampness in a bathroom environment. However, it is not meant to be under a direct water influence and is meant to stay overall in a dry area. If this will be in a wet area, it is highly recommended to use the screw installation, rather than the adhesive installation.

On this hook, there is a small allen screw that is visible on the top of the hook. Can this be changed?A
The actual hooks that hold your towels or robes can be flipped in the holder. If you remove the hook from the mounting plate and look inside the hook. There is an allen screw that can be loosened with the allen key provided. Once it is removed, the hooks can be flipped around.
