This is a slick looking towel rack! I love the appearance. The only problem is that the center, vertical bar has some give in it where it's connected to the wall. I'm not sure if it's supposed to flex a little on the wall or not. I would prefer it be immovable on the wall. Unsure if that's an installation issue or what. The screws are as tight as possible, yet it still moves a tad.

| Quality item: the chrome is sturdy, the look is sober, and the sliding rods work well. I installed this item in a tiny bathroom and it works perfectly in it. It is too small to accommodate a huge bath towel, but then that was not my purpose: i just needed an anchor for hand towels and clothing when I step into my shower stall. |

| We renovated our bathroom with more of a contemporary "clean" look. But there is very little wall space for towel bars. THIS vertical mounted Sliding Rails bar to the rescue. It's very well made, sturdy, hangs 3 bath towels easily, and looks very classy. The mounting materials make for a sturdy installation, plus it has a paper template for drilling which makes installing sooooo easy. Just have a level for a perfectly vertical mount. We are VERY please with this purchase and everything else we've purchased from Bath Outlet. Great company! |

How easily do the bars slide to and fro? Once in a position that I like, will they stay put?A
There are rubber/plastic spacers in place to ensure that they will not slide while in use. The bars do have slight resistance, but do not require a lot of force to move. Please see photos.?
What is the weight limit for the towel bar?A
The bar itself is designed to only hold standard bath towels. It will be the most sturdy if this is mounted into the studs in the wall. Even fully extended, it will hold one full size wet bath towel. ?
Will this product rust if installed in a walk in shower? Will be exposed to a very humid environment and may get a few drops of water from time to time.A

This item is recommended to be installed via the included hardware into studs. Installing into a door would be against intended install and would void manufacturer warranty; this would be considered a custom installation at the ability, risk and liability of the installer, and may require custom hardware.?
The ends easily fall off the bars - they only slide into the towel bar. Am i missing a piece that should secure them?A
This is how this product is designed, so that the end caps can be removed to pull through the towel bar, if wanted. You may certainly opt to glue the caps into the ends, if you do not want the ability to remove them.
