| Unfortunately one of the components (Valve Cover) of the Shower System ordered was defective and had to replaced. Otherwise order placing was easy and Customer Service was cooperative in sending a replacement part immediately. |

Can you get replacement parts including a new valve cartridge?A
Yes, we have replacement parts available a la carte if the original purchase was made through TheBathOutlet. If you would like to order a new cartridge, they can be directly ordered through the website, the Remer R50US.

I am looking for a higher mounting sprayer that would allow taller guests to have a higher spray nozzle. Can this be mounted higher than the current spray head?A
Height of installation would be at the preference of the customer, as we well as the existing plumbing. We would recommend discussing with a plumber prior to install to confirm the possibility of this working with its desired installation location.?
How do you mount the rough in valve on this fixture?A
This valve will connect directly to the hot and cold water pipes behind the wall. Once the face plate has been siliconed in place, this will provide additional stability for the valve.
