| This shower system was installed by our plumber weeks ago, and we can not get it to stop leaking. We have had to purchase replacement parts, that didn't end up working, and our plumbing bill is double what it should be, and the shower head is still leaking. We have never had so much trouble with a shower system before, and it still is not fixed. |

Do the rain can and hand held shower on separate lever. Do they operate together, separate or both? Thank you.A
Unfortunately, only one water outlet can run at a time and cannot work simultaneously for our diverters.?
Can I change the diverter to another brand and still be able to use the handheld and shower head at the same time?A
This capability would be dependent on the diverter being installed. Unfortunately, all the diverters we carry do not have the capability to run multiple outlets simultaneously. You certainly opt to install a different manufacturer's diverter, but regrettably, we would not be able to advise on that specific diverter's capabilties.
