| I did receive a defective part (shower valve) in my order. However, Trisha and the other customer service people I spoke to were extremely helpful and made every effort to get a replacement part to me as I had to complete the shower installation in the same week. A replacement part was located and shipped overnight to my location. | We recently purchased all of our bathrooms fixtures from the website. After our contractor installed all of them, we started using the new bathroom.. Our matte black hose started losing its black finish. I emailed customer service the issue, along with a picture , they emailed back the next morning.(very surprised ). That same day they sent me a confirmation a new part was being sent out and 4 days later it was in my hand .. I was very skeptical to spend the money I did on fixtures (online) but I was completely surprised they reacted this quick. I will purchase again for sure !!!. |
