Can this be mounted into a tiled wall?A
This product is intended to be mounted into studs into the wall and will come with the necessary mounting materials to do so; it will be mounted via screws. This item does have the capability to be installed on tile, however, it is recommended to speak about the install with your contractor prior to understand the risks of drilling into tile and obtaining any other necessary install materials.?
How do you installA
Here is a general step by step installation guide:Step 1: Use the product to mark the space where the product will be install.
Step 2: Using the mounting plates mark spots for the guide holes for the installation screws.
Step 3: Drill the holes for the installation screws and insert wall anchors.
Step 4: Line up the mounting plates and secure to the wall with the installation screws.
Step 5: Attach product to the mounting plates and lock in via the set screws underneath.
Step 6: Product is now fully installed, however, you can tighten any necessary parts with the provided allen key to ensure proper function.
** This screw may loosen overtime, so it is important to hold onto the allen key so that the screw can be tightened occasionally.

What does the mounting hardware look like? How far apart are the holes?A
Please see an image below. The mounting brackets will come pre-inserted into the arms; the provided allen wrench/key may be used to loosed the set screws so these can be removed from the item. The distance between the mounting holes is 8.5 inches.

The product comes with the necessary mounting materials to be able to install, and is suggest to mount into studs. The actual product weighs approximately 3 lbs, and roughly 6 lbs once fully packaged for shipment.
