The first solution is to wait. Waiting allows the water time to soften and loosen the blockage.
The second option requires a little more work. With this option you will need two items: dish soap and a bucket. First, place a generous amount of dish soap into the bowl of the toilet. Second, fill the bucket with hot water. Third, slowly pour the hot water into the toilet bowl. The dish soap should help loosen the blocked waste and allow it to flush.
The last simple solution involves vacuuming out the blockage. With this option make sure to use a wet and dry vacuum cleaner. The vacuum will first suck out all of the water in the bowl. Once all the water is removed place the hose into the drain and this should suck out the clog.
