| TheBathOutlet Customer Experience Team, particularly Michael, went above and beyond. I've never bought form this website before, and what I did need to return was valued at over $200. I bought this item in between a move, so when I decided it wasn't going to work for us the box got set aside for over 2 months. The return policy is clear, if I had read it. Once I found the box again, I called Michael immediately and he said they would still gladly take it back and refund me. Well then...I left the next step to my 19 year old son while I left for vacation. The return never was taken to post office but rather placed in a corner of my garage. I didn't find it for nearly another month!!! You can imagine my concern. I emailed Michael immediately and again GRACE extended to me. I sent the box and now have a credit. I love this company! |
