What does no hole mean?A
No hole refers to the faucet hole. In this type of vessel sink, there is no faucet hole in the sink. So, that means the faucet hole is coming from somewhere else, such as the wall or a countertop (as shown in the stock photo).?
Is the overflow built into the fixture, or is there piping required for the overflow connection?A
The overflow option is built into the sink, however you will still need a pop-up waste with overflow for your sink as well, like the S2077 (picture attached).

On sink Scarabeo 8032 what are the inside bottom dimensions of the sink? Also, in the picture it does not look like the sink is laying flat on the counter.
Will this sink lay flat or will it have a little bit of raised features to it?

This is a drop-in sink. The dimensions for the inside basin portion of sink are 4.3 H x 13.3 D x 17.7 w. There will be a little bit of a lip because it is a drop-in.
If you want it to sit flat you will add a layer of silicone underneath if you don't want to see it.

Installation as an undermount is a possibility based on the abilities of your installer, and alternative hardware may need to be purchased. However, the main installation application from the manufacturer is to be installed as a drop in or vessel application.

The lip above the counter top is about 0.5" above.
