Are the shower and handheld parts made of metal or plastic?A
The shower head and handheld are made from an ABS plastic material. Many manufacturers use ABS materials in their shower systems as it provides durability and resistance while in a shower environment.All other items in the set are manufactured of brass.

What is the average preferred height of the shower head and can a longer ceiling shower arm be ordered in place of the arm?A
Unfortunately, we only have the 12" arm available for ceiling mount. If you wanted a longer shower arm, the threading is US standard, and can be used with an alternative shower arm sourced elsewhere.?
Can you use both heads at the same time?A
Unfortunately, only one water outlet can run at a time and cannot work simultaneously for our diverters.
