| I had ordered a different, similar shower from another company, and after waiting for a month, they contacted me saying that into order would arrived in 3 months. As the contractors needed the shower right away, I bought another shower from The Bath Outlet. It is beautiful and I received it thru FedEx in 2-3 days. Unfortunately, a piece for damaged while in transit and they replaced it by sending me a new one and saving me the hassle of returning the damaged piece. Overall, I can say that their customer service is on point, they take pride in what they do and they stand by their quality. I called them and someone answered the phone right away and solved the issue. Unlike the experience I had with the other company where no one could tell me when I would receive the shower, the bath outlet, was great and I highly recommend it. |

We have this unit installed and have to push the button for it to switch to shower head each time as when we initially put the shower on, water comes out of the handheld.A
This would indicate the shower system has been plumbed incorrectly, different than the manufacturer's intended installation, We would recommend the installer to correctly plumb the shower system, per the manufacturer's Shower Installation guide.?
Can the shower head and handheld run at the same timeA
Unfortunately, only one water outlet can run at one time for this shower system.?
can the shower head be mounted to the ceiling?A
This shower set features a wall mounted shower head only. If you would like a ceiling mounted shower head, we have the listings for those showers available here.?
can the water temperature be set so when the shower is turned on you don't have to adjust the temperature?A
This shower does not have that function. However, if you would like a shower that can perform this you would need a thermostatic shower system, for which we would recommend the Remer SFH33.?
is there a longer arm available for shower head ?A
