| We recently purchased all of our bathrooms fixtures from the website. After our contractor installed all of them, we started using the new bathroom.. Our matte black hose started losing its black finish. I emailed customer service the issue, along with a picture , they emailed back the next morning.(very surprised ). That same day they sent me a confirmation a new part was being sent out and 4 days later it was in my hand .. I was very skeptical to spend the money I did on fixtures (online) but I was completely surprised they reacted this quick. I will purchase again for sure !!!. |

| What an awesome rainhead. My shower experience is forever changed. This rainhead gives the perfect amount of pressure as well as the placement of how the water comes down. It feels as if you are caught in a downpour on a hot summer day. So refreshing. The customer service is so amazing and went above and beyond to help me. I am forever a customer here, gladly! |
