Had to call to place order to arrange shipping to AK. From the very first call, TheBathOutlet sales/customer service was exceptional. They handled shipping arrangement, freight was reasonable with ability to track shipment, and on-time super efficient transit time. Item arrived seemingly in perfect shape except when contractor pulled protective corner off the mirror, the mirror door corner was cracked. Even though, as the homeowner, I'd placed the order our contractor called customer service to report the damage and request replacement door. TBO arranged for replacement to ship immediately no questions asked, no hoops to jump through. I don't usually write reviews, but the risk ordering cross country from unfamiliar vendor worked out so well want to share experience w/others. Vanity set is beautiful and vendor was exceptional - user friendly, customer service oriented. 5 5 1 Our vanity and mirror arrived as promised and in perfect condition. We haven't installed it yet, but it's just as shown on the website. Super happy with our overall experience with thebathoutlet.com 5 5 1 Easy transaction. Vanities came in quickly.
